The module allows to keep operational production records at a construction site, maintain a list of completed work on an actual date, track and visualize the daily / weekly progress of work.

Construction project plan can be imported from project management systems, from Excel, or generated in Mobiorg app.

Punch List

The module allows to maintain a digital construction defects base, issued punch lists, reports of a work done with the attachment of photo / video materials, links to project documentation and building codes.

To comply with the procedures regulated by laws, the generation of template documents Word / Excel / PDF is supported for printing them and subsequent signing by authorized parties.

Request for Information

The module allows to keep a records of sent requests for information and received replies. E-mail mode is supported for communication with participants of a construction project implementation who are not users of the Mobiorg app.

Interactive Minutes of Meeting

The module allows to keep digital minutes of production meetings, in which each item becomes a group chat with the deadline and status of the work done. Correspondents can attach photos, documents, location tags, audio / video recordings and other materials to text messages.

Location Tags / Geotracking

The module is designed to record and control the location of construction equipment and field personnel at geographically distributed facilities and construction sites. Location tags and geotracks are displayed on a map or construction site plan.

Service Components

The mobile app allows to generate and download to the Digital construction journal daily / weekly progress reports, record punch lists, send requests for information requests and take part in commutation on the tasks execution, while on the go or on the construction site.

The web app allows to maintain a list of completed work on a actual date, construction defects base, archive of the minutes of production meeting , generate detailed search of information in the Digital Construction Journal, and conduct email correspondence with external participants of a project.

Email / PUSH / SMS gateway provides the ability to connect external participants of a project to the communication, project tasks execution and information exchange.

The virtual disk allows to work with the cloud data archive as with ordinary files and folders directly from the computer's operating system, making the process of working with the Digital Construction Journal as simple as possible.

The cloud archive stores the entire digital history of construction, provides the ability to import / export data and generate template Word / Excel / PDF documents.
